5th July 2025

We are so excited to share our special day with you!

Our wedding ceremony will be a traditional Tamil Hindu wedding. Here’s a brief overview of what to expect:

The Sacred Fire (Agni) – The ceremony takes place in front of a sacred fire, which symbolises purity and the presence of the divine.

Tying the Thaali – The most significant moment is when the groom ties a sacred gold necklace (thaali) around the bride’s neck, symbolising their union.

Rituals & Blessings – Various traditions involve offerings, blessings from elders, and symbolic gestures like breaking a coconut for prosperity.

Music & Celebration – Expect vibrant music, chanting, and a lot of joy!
